What is the shippment methods ?

For 1~100 kg, we ship them by couriers such as Airmail ,SFC ,DHL, TNT, EMS.
For 100~1000 kg, we ship them by air.
For more than 1000 kg, we ship them by sea.
They are the suggestions of ChinaRoby ,of course, you may select your favored method.

Do you ship to my country?

We can ship them to every country in the world.

What is the leading time and when will you ship them ?

For samples order, we can ship them in 48 hours after we receive payment from you.
If you place a regular order , there is a leading time . For example, if you order 2000 pcs ip phones from ChinaRoby, the leading time is 2 weeks.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday. Orders placed on an official holiday will be processed and shipped on the following business day. Your order should arrive within 10 business days. Generally, most orders should arrive within 4-9 days.

What are my shipping charges?

It is based on the total weight and your shipping method choice of your order.
So, please ask the sales representative when you decide an order.

When will my order arrive?

It takes around 3~10 days to arrive if we select by DHL,EMS,TNT.
It takes around 2~4 weeks by traditional post.
