Terms of Use Agreement
1. Application and Acceptance of Terms and Conditions.

1.3 When you visit ChinaRoby Store or send User requests (Client Service) to ChinaRoby Store, you are communicating with ChinaRoby Store electronically. You consent to receive communications from ChinaRoby Store electronically. ChinaRoby Store will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
2. User Generally.
2.1 ChinaRoby Store reserves the right to limit, deny or create different access to the Site and its features with respect to different Users, or to change any of the features or introduce new features without prior notice. Each User acknowledges that inability to use the Site wholly or partially for whatever reason may have adverse effects on its business. 3. Relationship between Users & ChinaRoby
3.1 ChinaRoby Store is a global online retail store . It sells and delivers Products directly to consumers around the world.
3.2 Although we try to ensure all our Product's prices displayed in the Product Description are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered we will be unable to accept your Order and shall contact you as soon as possible in order to give the option of either reconfirming your Order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your Order in respect of the incorrectly priced item as cancelled.
3.3 The risks of purchase transactions when using the Site to conduct transactions shall include misrepresentation of Products and services, unsatisfactory quality, failure to meet specifications, defective or dangerous Products, delay or default in delivery and transportation accidents. All of the foregoing risks are hereafter referred to as "Transaction Risks." ChinaRoby Store will bear and take fully responsibility of all the Transaction risks until the goods are delivered to User in perfect. But when Users submit the issues that may arise as result of or in connection with the transaction risks on the website, we will solve the problem in due course per User's requirement.
4. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Protection Policy

Any organization or person is not allowed to copy or fake ChinaRoby products and brand without ChinaRoby��s authorization. We only accept OEM order from Famous enterprises��if need, please contact our sales team
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
5.2 ChinaRoby Store is responsible for warranties in relation with the Products to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law without affecting your statutory rights as a consumer.
5.3 Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Site is done at each User's sole discretion and risk and each User is solely responsible for any damage to its computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by any User from ChinaRoby Store or through or from the Site shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
5.4 Under no circumstances shall ChinaRoby Store be held liable for any delay or failure or disruption of the content or services delivered through the Site resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, Internet failures, computer, telecommunications or any other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, flood, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals.
5.5 Each User hereby agrees to indemnify and save ChinaRoby Store, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from such User's use of the Site (including but not limited to the display of such User's information on the Site) or from its breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save ChinaRoby Store, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from User's breach of any representations and warranties made by User to ChinaRoby Store. Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save ChinaRoby Store, its affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants. Each User hereby further agrees that ChinaRoby Store is not responsible and shall have no liability to it, for any material posted by others; including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with each User. ChinaRoby Store reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with ChinaRoby Store in asserting any available defenses.
5.6 ChinaRoby Store shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including business interruption), whether in contract, negligence, tort or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following:
the use or the inability to use the Site;
statements or conduct of any User of the Site; or any matters relating to Premium Services however arising, including negligence.
5.7 Notwithstanding any of the foregoing provisions, the aggregate liability of ChinaRoby Store, its employees, agents, affiliates, representatives or anyone acting on its behalf with respect to each User for all claims arising from the use of the Site or the ChinaRoby Store service shall be limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees the User pays to ChinaRoby Store or its affiliates in the 12 months period prior to the action giving rise to liability and (b) ��100. The preceding sentence shall not preclude the requirement by the User to prove actual damages. All claims arising from the use of the Site or the ChinaRoby Store service must be filed within one (1) year from the date the cause of action arose.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The products sold by Store.ChinaRoby.com.cn are all stand on one's own intellectual property products, any organization or person is not allowed to re-sell or fake these products without ChinaRoby��s authorization.
8, Generally, ChinaRoby will send out the cargo within 3-5 days after customer confirm the order and pay it, through some famous international express shipping company such as DHL, Fedex, UPS or TNT etc. Customers can receive the cargo within 5-10 business days after we send out. If customers do not receive the cargo 15 days after we ship, we suggest to contact the express shipping company first, then return to ChinaRoby, we may help you to do the claim.
9, In case, when customers receive the cargo, there happen to be defective or damage, we ChinaRoby will deal with it , from the following 3 ways, as below,
A, Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item,
Any products, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after shipment. And customers send us the pictures or video as proof, We will suggest you to return it back to us with effective tracking no and shipping bill, and after we receive it and confirm the damage, we will repair it or send the new one.
B, Return Defective Item (under the guarantee)
In case your product (physical damage or incorrect use) turns out to be defective under the guarantee, please contact ChinaRoby first, we will try to check the problem and confirm if we can send you the parts, and customers can do the repair by themselves or not In case , customers can not repair by parts, we will agree the two ways to return defective products, as below,
a, If the defect is not caused by you, physical damage, we will pay necessary shipping fees for returning the defected Product to you and you pay the shipping fees for returning back to ChinaRoby.
b, If the defect is caused by you, incorrect use, you will pay necessary shipping fees for returning the defected Product to us and for sending the replaced one to you.
If the shipping fees is higher than the products�� cost, we suggest customers to drop it and order new one.
All of the products�� warranty period is 13 months.
C, Return defective or damage that is out of warranty expires the guarantee, you will all pay necessary shipping fees for returning the defected Product to us and for sending the replaced one to you
10�� Refund item
In case, customer decides to refund after receiving the defective products based on DOA (Dead on Arrival) with proof , ChinaRoby will accept and do refund as soon as we can, based on your original method of payment. such as Paypal,
The proof we require customer to offer is as below:
1,The photos of original package with front and back sides
2,The photos or video of the defective item(s)
3, The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s) and configuration files
